Install. Activate. Record.

1. Install the extension

1. Once the store edition is available, use the installation button on this page. Select Add to Chrome and confirm the installation.
2. Open Chrome’s Extensions menu and pin Playwright Flow Recorder Kit for easy access.
3. Open an ordinary website, then select the extension icon to open the Flow Recorder side panel.

Installation is free; recording, importing, and replay require a paid license. The optional CLI ZIP is a separate companion for technical users and does not install the extension.

2. Activate your purchase

1. Open your Lemon Squeezy receipt or your orders. Select the original Individual or Team purchase and copy its license key from Licenses.
2. In Flow Recorder, find Your license, paste the key into License key from your receipt, and select Activate license while connected to the internet.
3. Check that the panel shows Individual license active or Team license active and the date through which new functions are included.

Keep your key private. Individual covers one named user; Team covers up to 10 users in the purchasing legal entity. Each authorized Team user activates the Team key in their own Chrome profile. Recordings remain on each device.

A license marked “Never expires” in Lemon Squeezy is expected: acquired functions remain available. The date shown in Flow Recorder controls which new functions your purchase includes.

3. Try a first recording

1. Open the fictional checkout demo and name the journey “Complete a demo checkout”.
2. Select Start recording and allow the website access Chrome requests.
3. Add the demo kit, enter qa@example.test, select a testing purpose, confirm fictional data, and place the demo order. This makes no payment.
4. Select Check text, then select “Order confirmed” on the page. Select Stop and review the steps.
5. Reset the demo and select Replay in this tab. If asked for the email placeholder, enter the same fictional address. Export Journey JSON, Playwright, or Gherkin and review the file before sharing it.

4. Renew only when you choose

Renewal is a one-time payment: USD 29 for Individual or USD 99 for Team, for another 12 months of new functions. There is no automatic charge. Acquired functions remain available without renewal.

1. Keep your original license activated. Under Your license, open Renew access to new functions and select Buy 12 more months.
2. Buy the matching plan using the same email as the original purchase. Open the renewal order in Lemon Squeezy and copy its renewal key.
3. Paste it into Renewal key from your receipt and select Apply renewal. Check the updated inclusion date. Use this renewal field instead of replacing your original activation key.

Renewing early extends your existing period by 12 calendar months. Renewing later starts the new period on the renewal purchase date. Applying the same renewal twice does not add more time. Keep the original key for future installations; the service remembers the renewal attached to it.

Need a hand?

• Activation fails: check your internet connection and copy the complete key from the original purchase. A renewal key belongs in the renewal field. A refunded or disabled base license cannot activate.
• Recording is unavailable: confirm that your license is active, open a normal website, and allow website access. Chrome settings and Chrome Web Store pages cannot be recorded.
• The inclusion date looks old: select Check license. A new renewal must first be redeemed with Apply renewal.
• Already activated but offline: acquired functions keep working with the saved entitlement. Initial activation and renewal verification need internet access.

Contact pfrk.support@alfredlabs.org with your order number, Chrome version, and the error message. Do not send passwords, card details, or your full license key. If you attach a recording, remove confidential data first.
